The story

Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan: the highest point of three separate Welsh ranges, from Eryri in the north down to Bannau Brycheiniog, cast as one raised ridge round the band.

The slopes carry the same cast texture as the National ring, with the ridge polished bright against a matt ground. The interior is finished smooth for everyday wear.

It is the ring for anyone who has walked the route rather than the rankings. These are not Wales' three highest summits, and it does not pretend to be that list.
