The story

Three summits, three countries, one continuous line. The ridge that runs round this band follows the profile of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa, the highest point of Scotland, England and Wales, compared against contours and photographs until it read correctly at ring scale.

The slopes are cast with texture, so light breaks across them the way it breaks across rock. The ridge itself is brought up bright and polished, tracing where the hill meets the sky. Inside, the band is finished smooth so it sits comfortably for everyday wear.

This is the lead piece in the Three Peaks series, and the widest reading of the idea: a raised, sculpted ridge you can feel under a thumb rather than a line cut into the surface.
